How are service fees calculated?

Fees are calculated on a per-project basis. Considerations include time expenditure, necessary research, technicality of written content, number of revisions, graphic design, and other factors. Projects that can be completed within two weeks are generally billed at a flat rate. Longer projects may be billed at an hourly rate. As such, one third of the estimated total is due at the outset of the project, and the remainder at negotiable intervals.

What payment options are accepted?

Invoicing and payment is typically made through the PayPal website. We accept all major credit cards. Other payment methods may be assessed on a per-project basis.

Where is your office located?

Cara Siera Professional Writing & Editing Services does not maintain an office at a physical location. Business is conducted via telephone, internet, and traditional mail. We are based in the United States.
